My experience has been that most pastors just want to be pastors

They want to be a pastor not a CEO. They don’t want to manage employees and deal with all the drama and stress that comes with that job. They don’t want to write budgets, track spending, or worry about how much money the church has.  They are overwhelmed with emails, messages, complaints, conflicting requests and difficult decisions.

Recently, some pastors have formed cohorts to learn ways to have the church run better with less of their time and energy.  You can find out what they learned, see what they said about the cohort and find out about future cohorts by clicking the tabs on this page.

Email bill@palmerandassociates.com or call 360.319.0621 to find out more or save a spot in a cohort this fall.
